Mecca Redevelopment by Foster & Hadid
Friday, April 10th, 2009Norman Foster and Zaha Hadid are among 18 architects to have been approached about redesigning Islam’s holiest city by building a mosque complex to host the three million Haj pilgrims who visit every year. The development would more than triple the central al-Haram mosque’s current 900,000 capacity, making it the highest-occupancy building in the world. Read more
Sydney | Final Days
Friday, April 3rd, 2009Arrive safely in Sydney 3 hours ago after visiting The National Museum of Australia, The Parliament and the War Memorial in Canberra. We stayed at Bondi Beach YHA Backpackers. Weather predicted not good for tomorrow, just in time i want to shoot the Opera House. Hopefully everything goes well tomorrow.
A bit sad i can’t join Zaidan to shoot Nakisha’s Wedding this weekend. I’ll be joining you back next week bro
